Terms of Sale

1. Scope and seller

These terms govern all sales of digital products (Excel dashboards, software, apps, self-hosted platforms, e-books) on the TalaiNov store at talainov.com. The seller is TalaiNov, reachable at talainov2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +213549389088. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products are downloadable digital files. The descriptions, screenshots, demos and guides on each product page define what is sold. Self-hosted platforms such as TalaiNov Commerce come with their code and guides: the buyer hosts them on their own Cloudflare account.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD) and/or euros (EUR), all taxes included. TalaiNov may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Order and payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout: CIB or EDAHABIA card (Chargily Pay), CCP or BaridiMob transfer with manual validation within 24 hours and, depending on the case, international card (Stripe) or PayPal. The order is final once payment is confirmed. Your card details are entered with the payment provider and never pass through our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation: a secure download link is shown on screen and sent by email. The link is valid for 7 days with a limited number of downloads; an interrupted download resumes where it stopped. If anything goes wrong, a new link is provided free of charge on request.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, the customer acknowledges that downloading the product waives the right of withdrawal. Before download, the order can be cancelled on request.

7. Claims

Digital products are delivered permanently, so all sales are final. A defective or non-conforming file reported within 72 hours is replaced as a priority with a corrected file, under our claims policy.

8. Licence

Unless stated otherwise, products are sold for the buyer's personal or professional use. Resale, public sharing and redistribution of the files are prohibited. The detailed rules are on the Licence page and in the LICENCE.txt file included with each product.

9. Liability

Templates, guides and tools are management aids; they are not legal, tax or accounting advice. TalaiNov's liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not cover indirect damage arising from the use of the products.

10. Personal data

The data needed for your order is processed under our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute is first submitted to an attempt at amicable resolution with our support.
