Claims and Warranty Policy

1. Principle: sales are final

Digital products are delivered instantly and permanently (they cannot be "returned"), so every sale is final after download. Review the descriptions, previews and demo videos carefully before buying: they define what is sold.

2. Working-file guarantee

If the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, report it within 72 hours with your order reference. We will quickly provide a corrected or replacement file.

3. Refund — last resort

A refund is considered in one case only: if we cannot provide a file that matches the description after a timely report. No refund for a change of mind, an incompatibility not mentioned in the description, or a conforming product.

4. Download problem

Expired link or download limit reached? Write to us: we regenerate a link for free, no conditions.

5. Ask before you buy

Unsure about compatibility (Excel version, operating system…)? Write to us before buying, we reply within 24 hours. It is the best protection against bad surprises.

6. Procedure

Write to talainov2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +213549389088 with your order reference (or the email used), the product concerned and a precise description of the problem, with a screenshot if possible. Handled within 48 business hours.
