Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The talainov.com website is published by TalaiNov, reachable at talainov2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +213549389088. This policy describes the data we process when you visit the store, place an order, write to us or take part in the affiliate programme.

2. Data we collect

Orders: name, email address, phone number if you give it, product, amount, payment method and, for a CCP or BaridiMob transfer, the transfer reference. Projects and messages: name, email, optional phone number and the content of your request. Waiting list and newsletter: your email address. Reviews: the display name, rating and comment you publish. Affiliate programme: name, email, optional phone number, sales referred, commissions and payouts.

3. How we use it

This data is used to deliver your products, issue your invoices, answer your requests, follow your projects, calculate and pay affiliate commissions and, if you agreed, tell you about new products. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

4. Audience measurement

We count page views without advertising cookies. To estimate the number of visitors, a fingerprint is computed from the IP address, the browser and the date, then reduced to a code that changes every day and cannot identify you. The IP address itself is not stored, and these codes are deleted after 60 days.

5. Local storage, cookies and bot protection

Your browser remembers your language, your currency and, if you arrived through an affiliate's link, that affiliate's code for 30 days so the sale can be credited. If you are an affiliate, it also keeps your personal access on the device until you sign out. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a robot. The Bonus page may show Google AdSense ads, which may use cookies under Google's policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by specialised providers (Chargily Pay and, depending on the case, Stripe or PayPal). Your card details never pass through our servers and are not accessible to us.

7. Service providers and hosting

The website and its data are hosted by Cloudflare (servers, database, file storage, security), whose infrastructure may process data outside Algeria, notably in Europe. Also involved, each for its own part: the payment providers, our email delivery service and, on the Bonus page, Google AdSense. Each receives only what its task requires.

8. Retention

Your personal data is not kept indefinitely. Beyond 5 years, an automatic process runs every week and applies two distinct rules.

Sales are anonymised, never deleted. Name, email address, phone number, transfer reference and download link are permanently erased. Only the date, amount, currency, product and payment method remain — the accounting record any trader must be able to produce.

Everything else is deleted. Contact form messages, newsletter sign-ups that never led to a purchase, waiting-list entries, the administration log and referral statistics are removed entirely.

You may ask for your data to be erased at any time without waiting for this period (section 10).

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access to the administration is restricted, and download links are protected by time-limited tokens.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to talainov2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +213549389088. We reply within 7 days. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. These rights are exercised under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, under the GDPR.
